Pura Vida Wellness Retreat

Vegan plates, health store, kombucha, oh my! In a sea of, well, seafood, Baja California was one of the more difficult places to find Vegan food. This heavenly health food store (@puravidabaja) in Todos Santos doubles as a vegan restaurant, where everything on the menu is vegan! I stumbled upon this spot using my @happycow app, and had the most delicious vegan lasagne! The food here absolutely compares to vegan fare I’ve had in the states: the vegan cheese was a lovely, cheesy texture (no rubber chewing here!) and the recipes had unique and rich flavors. Everything was fresh and made to order. An added benefit of this spot is if you bring your own jar you can fill up with their homemade Kombucha for almost free!
